Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During new product launches or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Two shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Shipping — $15, free on orders over $220. Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days.

Express Shipping — $38, free on orders over $400. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

South Korea: Express Shipping — $18, free on orders over $220.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other events outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
